This week Centraly brings you Contact Dashbaord, Company Dashboard, Call Logs, Meeting Logs, Notes for both Companies and Contacts, and the first iteration of Centraly AI Assitant.
Introducing Contact and Company Dashboards
Introducing a brand-new Contact Dashboard where users can view, manage, and interact with all contact-related activities in one centralized location.
The new Company Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of company details, interactions, and associated contacts, enhancing your CRM experience.
Intoducing Meeting Logs, Call Logs and Notes
Meeting logs, call logs and notes now can be added to both contact and company records in your CRM.
Meeting Logs:
Keep track of all your meetings with detailed logs directly linked to contacts and companies.
Call Logs:
Record and review all call activities with your clients for better follow-up and record-keeping.
Notes:
Add notes to both contacts and companies to keep all pertinent information in one place.
Introducing Centraly AI Assistant (Pilot)
AI-Powered Email Generation:
Use the Centraly AI Assistant to automatically generate follow-up emails based on your contact's meeting logs. This feature aims to save time and improve communication efficiency.
Note: Currently in pilot phase and available for contact meeting logs only. Expansion to other CRM areas coming soon.
Centraly Early Adopter Program (CEAP) Exclusive 🔥
In this release, Early adopters in the Centraly Early Adapter Program (CEAP) will get a first look at the invoicing module. This initial release includes basic functionalities with more features to be added based on user feedback.
Other Improvements and Fixes
Resolved issues with task assignment not reflecting immediately in the dashboard.
Bug fixes and performance enhancements to ensure your main dashboard provides real-time data more reliably.

This week Centraly brings you Custom Workflow, Profile Update and Improved Navigation Menu.
Introducing Custom Workflow
Previous Version: Tasks were limited to four statuses: Todo, Doing, Done, and Blocked.
New Customization Options:
Status Customization: You can now rename each of these statuses to better fit your project's terminology.
Add & Adjust Statuses: Introduce new statuses within the workflow and modify existing ones. You can specifically add multiple statuses under the 'In Progress' category.
Status Organization: Reorder the statuses to reflect your team's workflow process more accurately.
Status Categories:
Statuses are now categorized into four main types: Not Started, In Progress, Completed, and Blocked.
While 'Not Started', 'Completed', and 'Blocked' categories remain singular in status options, you can customize their names and associated colors.
How to Customize:
Go to the left-hand menu, select 'Tasks', and then click on 'Settings' to tailor your workflow to your needs.
Profile Update Page
In this version, we have introduced profile update. Now you can manage you personal.
How to Update:
Click on your avatar located at the top right corner of the app bar.
Select the 'Profile' menu option to modify your profile details including your password.
Note on Email Updates:
Currently, updating the email address used for logging into the platform is not supported. However, this feature is planned for upcoming releases.
Enhanced Navigation Menu
Streamlined for Growth:
With new functionalities and applications being added to Centraly, it's crucial for the navigation menu to remain uncluttered while accommodating an expanding list of menu items.
Improvements Include:
Scalability: The navigation menu now supports the future expansion of Centraly with an architecture designed for a longer list of menu options.
Mobile Responsiveness: Enhancements have been made to ensure the menu is more friendly for smaller screens, improving usability across devices.

Enhanced Dashboard Experience
Faster Loading: We've revamped how the dashboard loads. Now, each section loads independently, allowing you to interact with parts of the dashboard as soon as they're ready. Say goodbye to waiting for the entire page to load!
Optimized Tasks Page
Improved Performance: The Tasks page now loads quicker than ever, ensuring you can get to your tasks without delay.
Responsive Design Upgrade: We've refined the user interface (UI) and experience (UX) specifically for tablets and mobile devices. Whether you're on the go or using a larger screen, expect a smoother, more intuitive interaction with your tasks.
General Improvements
Overall Stability: Various under-the-hood improvements to make your app experience more reliable and efficient.
