  • Centrly.io provides all in one business powerhouse for Solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and small teams. You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, or images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of, the Services are the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated

4. User Conduct

  • You agree not to use Centrly.io for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the site.

  • Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

    • Uploading or sharing content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal.

    • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of Centrly.io or other users' accounts.

    • Disrupting or interfering with the security of the service or its networks.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The content on Centrly.io, excluding user-uploaded content, is owned by or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Centrly.io is provided "as is" without any warranties. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Centrly.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
